Our Facilitators
Paradise Taylor
Yoga Instructor
Paradise’s passion for movement led her to the yoga mat over 25 years ago, and she quickly found that yoga offered a path of self-discovery, mindfulness, and balance in her life. After experiencing the personal benefits of yoga, she became a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and has taught hundreds of students at various studios in Austin, Texas. Paradise holds certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, and yoga for body positivity. She has also led numerous international retreats.
Her teaching blends dynamic styles like Vinyasa with quieter practices such as Yin and Restorative, creating a balanced and inviting experience. Paradise fosters a supportive and playful environment, encouraging students to explore their own practice with honesty and joy. She believes deeply in yoga’s ability to unite people in a space of growth and positivity.
Zoe Lind van’t Hof
Herbal Workshop
Zoë learned about herbs and medicinal plants from her late mother, who was a naturopath. Growing up she was surrounded by botanicals, developed her own intuitive herbalism, went foraging and grew organic food from an early age. This knowledge and passion has led her to start her own businesses that focus on plants and health for the planet and people. When she moved to Mallorca, she explored beautiful local plants and started to incorporate them into some of her products.
During the workshop we will explore some local and European wild plants that are easy to forage to create your own herbal teas and blends.
More about Zoe:
Villi
Private Retreat Chef
Food – for its revitalising, nourishing, comforting and delicious properties- is an integral part of how and why we offer the food we serve on our retreats.
Villi’s relationship with food started at a young age, forged by her grandma who could turn a simple zucchini into a delicious soup or appetiser in no time.
Being brought up with seasonal vegetables from grandma’s garden, Villi’s interest in cooking deepened. Today she is a seasoned chef, whom beautifully combines flavours, always using fresh seasonal produce resulting in healthy, tasty, wholesome meals.
The day begins with an energising freshly pressed juice or smoothie before morning yoga practice. A little later, an abundant, colourful, and locally sourced vegetarian brunch is prepared, allowing you to fill your plate(s) to suit your appetite. Beautiful brunches are Villi’s speciality.
In the evening, a different experience with a sit-down 3 course dinner in our 17th century, candle-lit olive press dining room is served.
Our retreat chefs strive on healthy cooking that celebrates colourful food and flavour, always respecting the produce and using as many ingredients as possible from our vegetable and fruit garden, farm to table, depending on what is in season.
Should you have any dietary restrictions, Villi will gladly create a delicious meal plan adapted to your needs.

Location
Your home. Our retreats run in the idyllic traditional and beautifully restored 16th century Finca Son Salas. Sitting on 50 acres of unspoilt nature, you are surrounded by ancient olive trees, vast gardens, almond and orange groves while enjoying complete privacy. Dating from the 16th century, the luxurious estate which was once an olive oil producing farm has been restored to the highest level, while preserving original fittings, including the once donkey-operated olive press.
Down time. We design our retreats to allow for some down time and time for self reflection. Whether you would like to read a book by the fireplace or under a tree, take a nap, take a walk through the olive groves or to the quaint village of Soller, meditate, or lounge by the pool. If you feel like moving your body, challenge one of your fellow yogis to a game of tennis (tennis rackets and balls are provided), or venture outside the Finca, and explore the beautiful Soller Valley and neighbouring villages of Deia and Fornalutx, or head to the port of Soller (30 mins walk). We are also situated on some beautiful hiking trails in the protected UNESCO world heritage Tramuntana. Any questions you may have or any way we can help you plan, don’t hesitate to ask.
Farm to table. Our chef sources much of the fresh produce directly from our organic fruit and vegetable garden, keeping it fresh, local, zero-footprint, and in season. We encourage our guests to visit the garden and enjoy a delicious fruit straight from the tree.
Getting here. Finca Son Salas is a 30 minute drive from Palma de Mallorca airport. Easiest way to reach us is by taxi. Renting a car is encouraged should you wish to explore the area.
