Have you ever felt

Like you’re so busy giving time, love and energy to those around you, or to your job or business, that you’ve lost sight of who you are?

That you’ve reached a crossroads or need a change of direction or renewed sense of purpose?

That you just need to step off the speeding train that is your life and take a moment to breathe?

….Then this retreat is for you.

You will

Step out and re-connect with your best self;  your hopes, your dreams, your aspirations, your purpose and your understanding of the drivers and values of those around you so that you can gain their support.

Gain insight into what motivates, stresses and sustains you.

We will help you address challenges such as self-limiting beliefs, resilience, hopes and fears through 1 -1 coaching (on the retreat and after the retreat).

Introduction to Temperaments & Interaction Styles – a well-established and researched tool to enhance self-awareness and understanding of others and deepen knowledge of what we individually and uniquely need to develop our potential

Who else will benefit?

We are passionate about providing support and encouragement to women of all backgrounds to reach their potential.  The Aid Box Community Charity  provide practical aid, support and sanctuary for refugees and people who have been forcibly displaced.  We are working in conjunction with ABC and proceeds from this retreat will be used to provide coaching and development for their women’s group to support them in gaining the confidence they need to re-enter the workplace, take active roles in the community and begin to rebuild their lives and the lives of their children. What can you expect?

We will connect with you ahead of the retreat in two ways:

We will be sending out a blog with ideas on how you can best prepare for the retreat to get the most out of it – but this is definitely not homework!

One of our coaches will contact you in advance of the programme to talk through the programme, answer any questions you may have and continue the conversation on what you want to get out of the retreat experience.

This retreat is a collaboration with the Arete Retreat for Women.

Maximum group size is 12.

Your home. Our retreats run in the idyllic traditional and beautifully restored 16th century Finca Son Salas. Sitting on 50 acres of unspoilt nature, you are surrounded by ancient olive trees, vast gardens, almond and orange groves while enjoying complete privacy. Dating from the 16th century, the luxurious estate which was once an olive oil producing farm has been restored to the highest level, while preserving original fittings, including the once donkey-operated original olive press.

Down time. We design our retreats to allow for some down time and time for self reflection. Whether you would like to read a book by the fireplace or under a tree, take a nap, take a walk through the olive groves or to the quaint village of Soller, meditate, or lounge by the pool. If you feel like moving your body, challenge one of your fellow yogis to a game of tennis (tennis rackets and balls are provided), or venture outside the Finca, and explore the beautiful Soller Valley and neighbouring villages of Deia and Fornalutx, or head to the port of Soller (30 mins walk). We are also situated on some beautiful hiking trails in the protected UNESCO world heritage Tramuntana. Any questions you may have or any way we can help you plan, don’t hesitate to ask.

Farm to table. Our chef sources much of the fresh produce directly from our organic fruit and vegetable garden, keeping it fresh, local, zero-footprint, and in season. We encourage our guests to visit the garden and enjoy a delicious fruit straight from the tree.

Getting here. Finca Son Salas is a 30 minute drive from Palma de Mallorca international airport. Easiest way to reach us is by taxi. Renting a car is encouraged should you wish to explore the area.
