Join our Revitalise Yoga Retreat; a transformational experience that will guide you towards becoming the best version of yourself, from your spiritual and physical body, to personal growth and development.

Immerse yourself in nature, go on beautiful hikes along the coast, practice yoga daily, break a sweat during outdoor fitness training (all levels welcome), benefit from a nutrition workshop and take home recipes to help improve eating habits. Last but not least, relieve body stress while you enjoy a relaxing treatment or massage of your choice (included in the price).

Make yourself at home in a stunning 17th century estate which was once an olive oil producing farm. Eat delicious nutritious meals that make you feel good from the inside out, breathe fresh air, take some time-out, disconnect…The perfect combination for  your mind, body and soul.

Yoga practice and personal training suitable for all levels. Personal training is done outdoors using only your own body weight. No gym, no weights. The teacher customises the training to suit the guests’ various needs.

All meals vegetarian, based on fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, many of which are directly sourced from our organic garden.

My philosophy: Our bodies are divided into two parts that need to work together in order to become one.

1. Our physical body that needs challenges by strength or cardio training.

2. Our mental body (your mind & soul) that needs rest, recharging, responsiveness and thoughtfulness.

Shirin is a personal trainer and certified yoga teacher (200 hrs ISHTA graduate).  Through her SKYtraining concept, which combines fitness training and yoga, she creates a perfectly balanced and bespoke exercise regime which will benefit your mind, body and soul. She believes this combination is what we need to become really strong, from the inside & out. In our mind & body.

Shirin’s Hatha flow yoga will guide, inspire and challenge you. You can expect breathing exercises, asanas with invigorating flow and meditation.

Her functional fitness training uses ones own bodyweight (no gym, weights or props).

Suzanne Garaty

Suzanne’s journey started as a chef when she took her first course in Nutritional cookery in New York in 1996. Thereafter her passion and appreciation for optimum nutrition grew. She studied and qualified as a Clinical Nutritionist in 2008 and founded Vital Nutrition. Her quest for knowledge and insight led her to embarking on a 3 year course in the UK at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she graduated as a British Registered Nutritional therapist.

She has worked with many clients with individual needs, including IBS, digestive problems, candida, under-active thyroid, diabetes type 2, cardiovascular problems, skin conditions, anxiety & depression. 

Suzanne provides practical, doable, yet cutting-edge nutritional information based on scientific research, no fad diets with unrealistic goals to achieve. She assesses lifestyle, stress levels, life/work balance and discusses simple methods of improving this to support you on your journey to optimum health.

What should I bring?

Please bring your mat and some comfortable shoes for the hike, or to take advantage of our tennis court!

If you do not wish to bring your own mat, yoga mats will be provided.

Bathing suit.

Comfortable shoes, slippers or socks to feel at home while indoors.


Our retreats run in the idyllic Finca Son Salas. Sitting on 50 acres of beautiful, wild unspoilt nature, you are surrounded by ancient olive trees, lush gardens, almond and orange groves.

Dating from the 17th century, the luxurious estate which was once an olive oil producing farm has been restored to the highest level, while preserving original fittings, including the once donkey-operated olive press.

We design our retreats to allow for some down time and time for self reflection. Whether you would like to read a book by the fireplace or under a tree, take a nap or take a walk through the olive groves, lounge by the pool, or even challenge one of your fellow yogis to a game of tennis (tennis rackets and balls available free of charge), the possibilities are endless. You can of course also venture outside the Finca if you so chose, and explore the beautiful Soller Valley and neighbouring villages, including Deia and Fornalutx, or head to the port of Soller. Any questions you may have or any way we can help you plan, don’t hesitate to ask!

Getting here. Finca Son Salas is a 25 minute drive from Palma de Mallorca airport. Easiest way to get to the venue is by taxi. Renting a car is strongly encouraged should you wish to explore the area.
