4 days of yoga, hiking, nutrition workshop & massage

Our 4 day (3 nights) holistic yoga and healthy living retreat combines yoga practice twice a day, a beautiful hike, a 60 mins massage for each guest, and a nutrition workshop offered by renowned nutritional therapist Maya Flynn.

All meals will be based on fresh seasonal produce, much of it sourced directly from our organic fruit and vegetable garden. Plus plenty of healthy juices, snacks, teas!

Come, disconnect, and relax in total peace and beautiful nature as you deepen your practice and enjoy some ‘time-out’.

A Yoga practitioner since 2007, Natalija believes in informed careful movements, breathing work, meditation and a conscious healthy lifestyle.

Everything is in constant change, our bodies, our needs, our diet and environment.  We move, we create, we have our families and our children.  We work, party, worry and fight, we both grieve and we love.  We are never again the person that we were yesterday and we do not yet know who we will become tomorrow.  Nevertheless, if we learn how to be there for ourselves, then we will always possess the opportunity and choice to find healing and our own light irrespective of the circumstances.

What should I bring?

Please bring your mat and some comfortable shoes for the hike, or to take advantage of our tennis court!

If you do not wish to bring your own mat, yoga mats will be provided.

Location

Our retreats run in the idyllic Finca Son Salas. Sitting on 50 acres of beautiful, wild unspoilt nature, you are surrounded by ancient olive trees, lush gardens, almond and orange groves.

Dating from the 17th century, the luxurious estate which was once an olive oil producing farm has been restored to the highest level, while preserving original fittings, including the once donkey-operated olive press.

We design our retreats to allow for some down time and time for self reflection. Whether you would like to read a book by the fireplace or under a tree, take a nap or take a walk through the olive groves, lounge by the pool, or even challenge one of your fellow yogis to a game of tennis (tennis rackets and balls available free of charge), the possibilities are endless. You can of course also venture outside the Finca if you so chose, and explore the beautiful Soller Valley and neighbouring villages, including Deia and Fornalutx, or head to the port of Soller. Any questions you may have or any way we can help you plan, don’t hesitate to ask!

Getting here. Finca Son Salas is a 25 minute drive from Palma de Mallorca airport. Easiest way to get to the venue is by taxi. Renting a car is strongly encouraged should you wish to explore the area.

€1000 (including VAT) per person for shared accommodation based on double occupancy. Bring a friend or make a friend!

€1350 (including VAT)  per person for private accommodation.

Cancellation policy: 50% refund until September 29th, 2020.
