Yoga practice and personal training suitable for all levels. Personal training is done using only your own body weight. No gym, no weights. The teacher customises the training to suit the guests’ various needs.
All meals will be vegetarian, based on fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, many of which are directly sourced from our organic orchard. Meals will be prepared by accomplished chef and nutritional therapist Suzanne Garaty of Vital Nutrition.
